Pastors, Where Do You Go When You Need Somebody?
A September 2015 LifeWay Research survey of 1,500 pastors of evangelical and historically black churches found that 250 pastors abandon the ministry each month. While this is much less than the reported 1,500, the numbers are still staggering. Burnout is a real problem in pastoral ministry. In this article we ask the question, “Pastors, where do you go when you need somebody?”
